The Bebe stores & Svedka sponsored event, which drew swarms of starletts and the who’s who of hollywood, was hosted by Pretty Little Liars star, and this month’s cover girl Lucy Hale! Luv wore a Bebe dress and jacket and posed for pics with the massive NYLON Christmas tree!
